Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Delegate Acquisition Executive to join our team. The role involves identifying, engaging, and securing senior-level delegates to attend high-level conferences, summits, or bespoke events. You will work closely with the marketing, production, and partnerships teams to ensure delegate targets are achieved and audiences are highly relevant to the event’s content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential delegates from targeted industries or regions.
  • Make outbound calls, send emails, and use LinkedIn or CRM tools to reach prospective attendees.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of interested and qualified delegates.
  • Articulate the value proposition of the event and match it with the delegate’s business needs.
  • Manage delegate registration and provide assistance with any queries.
  • Maintain accurate and updated records in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with marketing and production teams to align messaging and target audience profiles.
  • Meet and exceed delegate acquisition and attendance KPIs.
  • Build long-term relationships to encourage repeat attendance.

We are looking for a Event Coordinator to join our team at Mercadeo Multiventures Private Limited to plan and coordinate events from start to finish. The role involves vendor management, logistics, on-ground coordination and ensuring successful execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan event timelines, guest lists, budgets and logistics.
  • Coordinate with vendors, venues and clients.
  • Ensure smooth execution during events.
  • Handle client requirements and last-minute changes.
  • Post-event reporting and feedback collection.

Education:

A Bachelor in Mass Media and Communication (often BMM or BAMMC)

Note: Atleast 6 + months experience required.

The Market Research Executive (Database) is responsible for collecting, organizing, analyzing, and maintaining high-quality market data to support strategic decision-making across the organization. This role focuses heavily on database management, ensuring data accuracy, creating market insights, and producing research reports that guide marketing, sales, and product initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Collection & Database Management
  • Build, update, and maintain market research databases with accurate and relevant industry information.
  • Collect data from multiple sources such as surveys, competitor websites, industry reports, CRM systems, and online research tools.
  • Clean, validate, and categorize raw data to maintain data integrity and standardization.
  • Ensure timely updates and version control of all internal market datasets.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support:

  • Coordinate with marketing, sales, and product teams to understand research requirements.
  • Support CRM/marketing automation teams with data enhancements and segmentation.
  • Assist in planning market surveys, feedback forms, and customer voice initiatives.

Tools & Technology:

  • Excel, Google Sheets,
  • Market research tools (e.g- Linkedn , Sales Navigator, Zoominfo, Apollo)

Note: Atleast 6 + months experience required (Any graduate)
