• Provide regular updates to the clients on the progress of customer service projects and campaigns.
• Develop open and effective channel of communication with clients.
• Cross selling and upselling services and regular follow up with existing clients
• Do weekly cadence with the customer and internal team to bridge the gap between customer and operations team for timely project completion.
• Coordinate internal projects and determine the best utilization of resources to increase customer service.
• Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Proven experience as Key Account Manager
