HR Generalist

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and well-rounded HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of human resources functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination, compliance, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding
  • Maintain employee records and ensure proper documentation
  • Coordinate and assist in monthly payroll inputs and attendance tracking
  • Handle employee grievances and promote a positive workplace environment
  • Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Organize employee engagement activities and initiatives
  • Oversee performance appraisal cycles and maintain evaluation records
  • Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Shops & Establishments, etc.)
  • Conduct exit interviews and manage full and final settlements
  • Assist with training and development programs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software/tools
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
